We act to ensure the best terms and conditions and safety of transactions, considering not only legal aspects but also organizational, business and tax issues. We always search for optimal M&A models adjusted to match the expectations and business assumptions of our clients and to mitigate the risk of potential disputes.

Experience:

In our practice to-date, we have been involved in a few dozens of M&A and transformation transactions. We have cooperated both with smaller companies and with the largest capital groups in Poland, in particular from the construction sector.

We had the pleasure to participate in numerous projects executed by our clients, including among others: development of a construction and launch concept for a biogas plant, rebranding of one of mobile phone operators, introduction of new services to the market, launch of production and sale of goods.
