FSG Prawo (Sobczyńscy Adwokaci) law firm of Poznań advised a private investor in the sale of logistic park Logistic City near Łódź in Piotrków Trybunalski.
The center encompasses warehouse halls of 135 000 sq meters. The center extension investment project provides for constructing warehouse facilities of 300 000 sq meters on the adjacent properties.
The facilities have been bought by Polish Logistics LLP – a new investment platform established by REINO Capital real estate holding and IO Asset Management, a firm specializing in the management of industrial real estates in liaison with Grosvenor Group – one of the largest investors in the global real estate market managing assets worth over GBP 11.9bn.
In the preparation and finalization of the transaction, the selling party was advised by Sobczyńscy Adwokaci Law Firm’s team headed by advocate Michał Sobczyński in liaison with advocate Łukasz Jankowski.
The buyer was assisted by Savills and Linklaters.
