Aleksandra Sobczyńska

Aleksandra Sobczyńska, advocate and managing partner at Sobczyńscy & Partners Law Firm. She heads the litigation team.

Ola specialises in judicial issues, both in respect of economic proceedings and civil proceedings. She also handles matters of penal economic law and penal tax law. She is engaged in providing legal advice to local government units, also as a member of supervisory boards of capital companies with local government participation, and she represents local governments in litigation.

She successfully provides advisory and representation services to clients being natural persons in disputes with financial institutions, including cases related to the so-called Swiss franc loans – indexed and denominated in Swiss francs. She supports clients at all stages of court proceedings, as well as in the course of pre-trial negotiations.

She also specialises in personal data protection (GDPR) and legal advice in the field of intellectual property.

In 1998, she graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia, then in 2002, she completed court training. She gained professional experience by practicing in the period of studies and the training in the economic legal office of lawyers and attorneys-at-law, and then in 2002-2007, by ruling in penal departments. She was entered on the list of lawyers of the Regional Bar Council in Poznań in March 2008.

She is passionate about sport, especially skiing. She has won numerous medals at the Bar Ski Championship in downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and in 2020, at the 36^th Bar Ski Championship, she was chosen the best competitor of the Championship in all categories.
