Experience
Anna Wieczorek is an attorney-at-law in the Commercial Contracts and Environmental Protection Team. As part of her professional practice, she provides services to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, in particular negotiating commercial and construction-related contracts. In addition, the scope of her practice includes comprehensive services for entities in the e-commerce industry, new technologies and environmental protection, including advice on investment process issues, renewable energy facilities and waste management.
She has a wide experience in matters related to legal advisory in the course of implementation of infrastructure investments, based on the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and FIDIC provisions, as well as legal service of EU projects, including the subject of financial corrections.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan with a degree in Law. In 2022 she passed the attorney-at-law exam and obtained an entry on the list of legal advisors of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
In her free time she travels and spends her time actively.
