The transaction was divided into four stages, the first of which took place back in 2020 and involved the sale of, among other assets, a warehouse complex of approximately 135,000 m2. The last – just closed – stage of the transaction included areas of concentration of services and business activities, intended for the construction of large-scale plants of more than 225 thousand m2.
The sites were purchased by a company owned by the listed real estate holding REINO Capital and IO Asset Management – one of the largest private investors on the global real estate market.
