Marcin is a lawyer in the real estate and construction investment practice and a doctoral student in the discipline of legal sciences at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he is preparing a dissertation on residential leases. He is the author of several scientific articles on civil law.
He specializes in real estate law, especially in issues related to leases and premises. In his work, he provides services to business entities in the field of construction and real estate investments. He teaches academic classes related to civil law.
He graduated in the legal and economic faculty jointly run by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Poznań University of Economics, as well as in law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He gained professional experience in the office of a tax advisor, in the court office and in one of Poznań’s law firms specializing in real estate law.
He is interested in the Prussian railroads of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
