Experience
Kacper specializes in civil law and labor law. In his daily professional work, he provides services to both companies and individual clients, offering support in the areas of individual and collective labor law and proposing appropriate legal solutions in this field. Privately, he is also involved in animal protection activities, actively supporting the work of pro-animal social organizations.
He gained experience working at renowned law firms in Poznań, where he was involved in preparing legal documents, opinions, and managing a wide range of legal documentation.
During his legal studies, he was an active member of the academic community. He was organizing scientific conferences and workshops that combining legal practice with educational activities. He completed two degrees: Law and Law in Business at the WSB Merito University in Poznań. He was a multiple-time recipient of the Rector’s scholarship and a winner of several awards, including the Grand Prix in the Student Scientist category at the Forum of Private Universities 2024. He is currently continuing his studies in Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
He is interested in animal behavior and metal music. In his free time, he enjoys sports, demanding cinema, and the company of Eksport – his Chihuahua dog.
