Dr.jur. Norbert Czerniak specializes in civil law, business law, corporate law, international law, transformations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and business consulting, bankruptcy and restructuring, contract preparation, transactions, commercial and business disputes.
He gained professional experience in several law firms in Poznań, specialising in provision of complex services to foreign investors. He has been cooperating with Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy| FSG Prawo since March 2025.
In 2015 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a degree in Law. Dr.jur. Norbert Czerniak also studied Common law of England during his one-year student exchange at the Southampton Solent University (England) as well as European and German law during his one-year student exchange at the University of Bayreuth (Germany).
Dr.jur. Norbert Czerniak completed his PhD at the University of Bayreuth in the field of international investment law, with a particular focus on investments in the energy sector. As a result of successful defense of his PhD thesis, he was granted the German title of „Doktor der Rechtswissenschaft” (doctor juris, in short: Dr.jur.)
Dr.jur. Norbert Czerniak is proficient in English and German. He also speaks French.
He spends his free time in an active manner. As a former representative of the Greater Poland region in high jump, he actively supports Polish athletes.
