Experience
Bartosz Czupryniak is an attorney-at-law in the Property and Infrastructure and investments team. He specializes in broadly understood real estate law, with particular emphasis on the investment process. His professional interests also include issues of substantive administrative law and procedural law, as well as civil law.
He gained professional experience from the second year of studies, working in a Poznań law firm specializing in reprivatization proceedings. He conducted extensive archival and legal research throughout the country. He represented private entities in numerous proceedings regarding real estate nationalized after World War II before public administration bodies, administrative courts and common courts. He also participated in research on the legal status of agricultural real estate.
He graduated in law from the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and solicitor’s training at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In 2021, he passed the vocational examination and obtained the title of attorney-at-law.
His passion is volleyball and the history of the 20th century. He also loves cooking.
