The law firm Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy | FSG Prawo provided legal services for the transaction and investment made by Dalpo Poland in the company Smartever Poland, which included the acquisition and acquisition of shares by the investor of a minority stake in Smartever Poland, as well as the provision of financing to the company. As part of the investment, the principles of corporate and commercial cooperation between the company, the investor and the company’s founders Wojciech Majchrzycki and Szymon Roszyk were also worked out.
