Experience
Mateusz Karliński is a legal consultant specializing
in civil law and company law.
He is a student at the fifth year of the Faculty of
Law and Administration of the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. He has
received a Rector’s Scholarship awarded to the best students and actively
participates in many scientific conferences. Currently, he is preparing his
master’s thesis in the field of commercial companies law.
He gained his experience in law firms in Poznań. Since
March 2021, he has been cooperating with the Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy and FSG
Prawo Law Firm.
In the Law Firm, he deals with issues related to commercial
companies law, prepares and conducts M&A projects, divisions and
transformations of enterprises, and represents clients in liquidation
proceedings; he also drafts contracts and assists in commercial transactions.
He is very active in his free time. He is passionate
about athletics and combat sports.
