Inspections conducted by the National Labour Inspectorate are a key mechanism for supervising compliance with labour law. For many employers, they require not only particular care but also strategic legal support. We represent employers before PIP, providing effective tools to protect their interests, mitigate risk and support them at every stage of dealings with the inspectorate.

Our services include:

  • Representation during PIP inspections — Every inspection involves formal procedures and potential legal exposure. We ensure the inspection is conducted lawfully and that our clients’ interests are protected. We attend meetings and interviews, monitor inspector conduct for compliance with applicable regulations, and provide real-time guidance on documentation and process. Our experience helps prevent procedural errors and proactively prepares employers for subsequent stages of the inspection.

  • Drafting objections to inspection reports and appeals against PIP decisions — Where inspection findings are disputed, we prepare detailed objections to the inspection report, identifying any shortcomings that may have occurred. Our work is based on a thorough analysis of the report, an assessment of the inspectorate’s compliance with the law, and robust legal arguments supported by evidence. If an inspector’s decision is unfavourable, we also prepare appeals grounded in solid legal reasoning and evidentiary support, with the aim of effectively challenging unjustified findings.

  • Preparing complaints to administrative courts against decisions of the Regional Labour Inspector — If a regional inspector’s decision is adverse, we offer end-to-end support in filing a complaint with the administrative court, including analysis of the decision, identification of legal breaches and preparation of pleadings.

  • Representation before administrative courts — We represent employers in proceedings before administrative courts concerning complaints against decisions of regional labour inspectors. Our services cover court appearances, preparation of all necessary pleadings and development of the litigation strategy.

Having advised employers for years on matters involving the National Labour Inspectorate, we understand the realities of inspections and related procedures. With our support, employers can focus on running their business while legal issues are handled by specialists.
