Experience
Paulina Kaczmar is a barrister trainee in the Litigation Team.
Paulina provides day-to-day advice to corporate clients and deals with compensation and litigation issues.
She also specialises in serving individual clients in the areas of civil, criminal and family law.
Paulina gained her professional experience working in law firms in Poznań since the beginning of her studies. She did her internship in the District Court Poznań – Stare Miasto in Poznań in the 8th Criminal Department and worked as a volunteer in the Student University Legal Clinic operating at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
She graduated in law from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, defending her master’s thesis entitled: ‘Criminal liability for complicity in the suicide of another person’. In January 2022, she started her barrister training at the District Bar Council in Poznań, which she has been continuing until now.
Paulina is interested in badminton, squash, travelling.
