Experience
Oleksandr provides legal assistance in labor law and social security matters. His area of specialisation includes the employment of foreign workers and the legalisation of their residence and employment in Poland.
He provides legal services to individual clients and entrepreneurs in the field of labor law. In his practice, he focuses on comprehensive legal support in employer–employee relations, particularly in matters concerning the establishment and termination of employment relationships involving foreign nationals and in labor disputes.
Privately, he is involved in initiatives promoting workplace equality, with particular emphasis on supporting initiatives that promote equality and prevent discrimination against women. As part of this activity, he cooperates with the Women’s Rights Centre Foundation (Fundacja Centrum Praw Kobiet) – Poznań Branch, where he provides legal assistance in projects supporting women experiencing unequal treatment in employment.
In 2023, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at SWPS University – Poznań Branch. He began gaining professional experience during his third year of studies, working in Poznań-based law firms and corporate legal departments. After graduation, he continued his professional development in Canada, where he worked as a junior lawyer at a law firm in Calgary.
Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about Japanese animation, with a special admiration for the works of Hayao Miyazaki. He spends his free time camping and kayaking, valuing the tranquility and connection with nature these moments bring.
