Experience

Katarzyna Wrembel-Paprocka is an advocate in the Litigation Team.

She specializes in data protection law, advising clients both on ongoing compliance with the GDPR and in situations requiring a response to specific risks or breaches. Her practice includes, in particular, drafting and reviewing documentation, conducting risk assessments, handling data breaches, and enforcing the rights of data subjects. She also serves as a Data Protection Officer, combining legal advice with practical experience in managing data protection processes within organizations.

In the area of intellectual property law, she focuses on trademark protection, handling registration proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Her practice also includes cases involving trademark infringement, copyright protection, and combating unfair competition.

In addition to her practice in the areas of the GDPR and intellectual property, she represents clients in civil and commercial disputes, particularly in matters related to the execution of construction projects, the performance and settlement of contracts, and contractual and tort liability.

She graduated with high honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She completed her advocate traineeship with the Greater Poland Regional Bar Council in Poznań and subsequently passed the bar exam.

She has been gaining professional experience since her undergraduate studies, initially through court internships and later by working at law firms in Poznań, including several years at one of the largest law firms in Greater Poland.

In her personal life, she is interested in the arts, particularly film and music. She is an animal lover and enjoys hiking in the mountains.
