Ewa Śmigielska specializes in civil law, commercial law, company law, legal services for entrepreneurs, commercial litigation, and comprehensive business advisory services. She has extensive experience in conducting commercial disputes, drafting and negotiating agreements, as well as providing ongoing corporate support to business entities.
She possesses broad expertise in commercial law, commercial litigation, corporate governance, and corporate advisory services. She successfully supports entrepreneurs in business negotiations, strategy development, and securing clients’ interests in commercial transactions. She combines her legal expertise with a practical business-oriented approach, acting as a mediator in commercial disputes and participating in business negotiations and settlement proceedings.
She gained her professional experience at law firms in Poznań and Zielona Góra, cooperating both with capital companies and sole proprietorships. Her practice focuses primarily on providing legal services to businesses and representing clients in commercial negotiations.
In 2009, she graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Between 2010 and 2013, she completed her attorney training at the Greater Poland Bar Association and passed the bar examination in 2013.
In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and reading books.
