Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy | FSG Prawo advised leading ready meals manufacturer SmakMAK sp. z o.o. of Strzyżewice on the purchase of a new production facility in Poniec from Mróz Group companies. The property includes more than 5.5 hectares of land developed with a former slaughterhouse.
The process of acquiring the property was carried out by the Real Estate and Construction Investment Team led by the firm’s partner, attorney-at-law Piotr Pawłowski. The scope of services included comprehensive due diligence of the property, negotiation of the preliminary agreement and the agreement transferring ownership of the property. The complex legal and factual nature of the property required a detailed analysis of the legal risks and their appropriate hedging.
The acquisition of the new property by SmakMAK is an important step in the company’s development, allowing it to expand and increase the scope of production. SmakMAK is currently modernizing existing buildings and expanding them to create a modern production facility tailored to its needs.
