Experience
Tristan Grądzki is a member of the M&A and corporate practice team, specialising in wide-ranging business and corporate law.
He graduated from Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in 2024, defending his thesis in the field of EU merger control and innovation. At the same time, he graduated in Economics from the Poznań University of Economics.
To date, he has gained experience in law firms in Poznań specialising in compensation law.
In the law firm he provides services to corporate entities, optimises legal organisational structure, registers business entities, draws up corporate documents as well as liquidation proceedings.
In his free time, he spends his time actively, practising in particular basketball, football and kitesurfing. He also travels extensively and is interested in capital markets and behavioural economics.
