Experience
Radosław Grzesiak is a advocate trainee and a member of the corporate and M&A team. He specialises in broadly defined business law and commercial company law.
He provides services to corporate entities, optimising the legal organisational structure, registering business entities and drafting corporate documents.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In 2024, he started his advocate training at the Wielkopolska Bar Association.
He gained experience in law firms in Poznań, specialising, inter alia, in the field of foreign currency loans and comprehensive services for entrepreneurs.
He is interested in football and plays the guitar in his free time.
