Experience
Magdalena Podjacka is attorney-at-law with many years of experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs. She specializes in civil law and commercial law, particularly in reorganizations of companies (transformations, mergers, as well as actions connected with transferring assets or making changes in the capital structure). She prepares articles of association, agreements between shareholders, agreement within capital groups and other documentation necessary for corporate entities to function according to clients’ intentions.
Additionally, she specializes in personal data protection, intellectual property law and law of new technologies. She has conducted audits of personal data protection and full implementations of documentation regarding personal data protection, including in e-commerce entities. She has also provided advice regarding IT implementation agreements. She is also co-author of book publication ‘Personal data protection from the perspective of e-commerce manager’ (published 2022).
She has provided legal advice to Polish and foreign clients in terms of corporate matters regarding commercial companies and branches of foreign entrepreneurs. She has rich experience in conducting registry proceedings, embracing establishment of new entities, liquidation of entities, as well as implementing other corporate changes. She has also participated in conducting due dilligence, in particular in terms of corporate matters and personal data protection.
She graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź and then she attended attorney-at-law apprenticeship held at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań, graduating with honors. She passed bar exam and was enrolled to the list of attorneys-at-law in 2018. She graduated in postgraduate studies ‘Law of new technologies’ from the Academy of Leon Koźmiński in Warsaw in 2022.
She gained professional experience while working at law firms providing legal advice to entrepreneurs, including biggest law firms in Łódź and big international law firm (office in Poznań).
In her spare time she likes reading books, riding a bike or walking in the forest. Besides this, she is a lover of the theatre, mountain trips and tasty cakes.
