Krzysztof Mydlak specializes in a broad scope of services relating to the creation, appointment and dismissal of corporate bodies, transformations of commercial law entities, providing legal support in day-to-day corporate matters, creating and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as providing tax support.
He completed his attorney-at-law training at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznań. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań.
He gained his professional experience during many years of cooperation with entities from the Veolia capital group in Poland and during cooperation with Poznań law firms.
He is crazy about football, passionate about speedway, good literature and movies, an active brewer and a fan of two wheels (motorcycle, bicycle).
