Experience
Klaudia Grochowska specialises in civil law, commercial law, corporate law and services, including aspects of restructuring and bankruptcy law. She provides day-to-day corporate services to commercial entities, focusing on their organisational structure, preparation of corporate documents, registration of commercial entities and their liquidation. She drafts shareholder agreements and investment agreements to protect the interests of clients. Prepares and gives opinions on commercial contracts. Legalises international trade documents.
She also advises on the establishment and operation of family foundations, both in terms of investments and ensuring the succession of the family business.
In 2019 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. In 2023, she passed the professional attorney-at-law exam and was subsequently registered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznan.
She is passionate about volleyball, both actively practising the sport and following polish Plus-League and national team matches. She spends her free time with a book or outdoors.
