Experience
Katarzyna Bakalarz-Kasprowicz is a trainee advocate in the M&A and corporate practice.
She specialises in providing legal advice to businesses on corporate, civil and commercial law matters, with a particular focus on corporate advisory.
She assists clients with day-to-day corporate matters, handles registration proceedings and prepares corporate documentation. Her practice also includes advising on corporate reorganisations and succession planning, including the establishment and ongoing legal support of family foundations.
In 2022, she graduated with honours in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, having defended her Master’s thesis in criminal law. From 2023 to 2025, she completed her advocate training with the Wielkopolska Bar Association.
She has been gaining professional experience since her second year of university, working at law firms in Poznań, the Poznań office of an international legal and tax advisory firm, and in the corporate law team of one of the Big Four firms. Her experience includes court proceedings, corporate advisory and legal support in corporate reorganisation processes.
In her free time, she enjoys travelling, cooking and staying active. She is also interested in fashion and true crime.
