Experience
Jakub operates in the Corporate law and transactions team. He specialises in broadly defined business law and commercial company law, within the scope of his activities he provides services to corporate entities, focusing in particular on their legal organisational structure, drafting corporate documents, registering business entities, as well as dealing with liquidation proceedings and drafting agreements between shareholders.
He has been cooperating with Kancelaria Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy since August 2021.
In 2024, he started his legal training at the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Poznań.
Graduate of the WSB Merito Law Department in Poznań, where he defended his master’s thesis related to acquisitions and mergers of commercial law companies.
In his free time, he develops his passions, in particular his interest in cinematography and fantasy literature.
