Experience
Adam Pospieszyński is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Corporate and Transactions team. He specializes in corporate law, particularly in reorganization processes (transformations, mergers, divisions), as well as in the corporate governance of companies and capital groups. He advises on the choice of legal form of business, prepares corporate documents, handles registry proceedings, and supports clients in commercial transactions.
He has experience in conducting liquidation proceedings as well as drafting and negotiating contracts. His practice also includes advisory services in civil and commercial law, with a particular focus on organizational aspects of business operations.
Adam was admitted to the bar of the District Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznań in 2024. He graduated in law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 2020. He gained his professional experience working with Poznań-based law firms specializing in comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs.
Privately, he is passionate about exploring the world and cultural diversity – since childhood, he has been fascinated by popular science programs such as National Geographic, Discovery Channel, and BBC Earth. In his free time, he enjoys reading non-fiction, crime novels, and fantasy literature, as well as playing the piano and ukulele.
