We are pleased to announce that on 20 July 2021, the Regional Court in Poznań, 18th Civil Division, fully shared our viewpoint and issued a judgment under which it ordered the defendant bank (mBank SA) to pay our Client the amount of 366,500.65 PLN with statutory interest for delay.
This judgment was issued at the second hearing, following dismissal of the entirety of motions for evidence filed by the bank.
