On May 22, 2024, supported by a team of lawyers from Sobczynski & Partners | FSG Law, the THC fund finalized the acquisition of shares in ESTEDENT sp. z o.o., based in Augustów. With this transaction, Dentity’s dental group has expanded by another entity. The transaction was advised by attorney Michał Sobczyński, attorney-at-law Kamil Misiak, attorney-at-law trainee Jakub Krzywoń and attorney-at-law trainee Jakub Marmurowicz.
The firm’s experts were responsible for comprehensive preparation of the transaction, which was preceded by due diligence, structuring of the transaction, preparation of transaction documentation, support during negotiations, implementation of the agreement and closing of the transaction.

This is the first of the THC Fund’s three spring investments to develop the Dentity group, which began in January 2024 and will be completed in May/June 2024. Dentity’s network currently includes 122 offices in 22 dental centers in 19 cities in seven provinces, employing 270 doctors and more than 200 medical staff.
