Our Law Firm advised a private investor on the sale of a plot of land with an area of nearly 75 thousand square meters in Piotrków Trybunalski intended for the expansion of the Logistic City logistics center. The transaction is a second stage of an investment in the purchase of a logistics center by the Polish Logistics platform, which is a joint venture of the Reino Capital Group and IO Asset Management, with the participation of the Grosvenor Group.
At the first stage of the transaction, the buyer purchased a warehouse complex in Piotrków Trybunalski with an area of approx. 135 thousand square meters. According to plans, when the second stage of the transaction is completed, the logistics center may be expanded with additional warehouse facilities, which may ultimately increase the total leasable area to over 400 thousand square meters.
During the preparation and finalization of the two stages of the transaction, the seller was advised by the real estate team of Sobczyńscy Adwokaci, led by the managing partner, advocate Michał Sobczyński, with the support of advocate Łukasz Jankowski.
The buyer was advised on the transaction by Savills and Linklaters.
