Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy | FSG Prawo advised Pozdental in the transaction for the sale of the company to the Dentity Group formed by the Tar Heel Capital fund, as well as on the establishment of corporate governance at Pozdental.
The transaction is the eighth acquisition within the Dentity Group and the first in the Greater Poland region. The Dentity Group currently has 55 dental offices, in 13 locations. THC Fund began consolidating the dental market in July 2020.
The three-office Pozdental facility, managed by dentists Drs. Marcin Janiński and Aleksandra Janiński is located at 287 Obornicka Street in Poznań. The office provides comprehensive dental services in implantology, prosthodontics, dental surgery, endodontics and cosmetic dentistry. Three more Pozdental dental offices are scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of this year.
