The law firm Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy | FSG Prawo advised the founders of EKOS Poznań sp. z o.o. during the transaction for the sale of 100 % of the shares to Saur Polska sp. z o.o., part of the Saur Group. This strategic acquisition represents a significant step in the development of the Polish industry of servicing separators, cleaning sewer networks and wastewater treatment plants.

On the law firm’s side, legal advisers to the sellers were lawyers from the company and transaction law team, whose work was led by advocate Michał Sobczyński (managing partner of the law firm) and attorney-at-law Orest Ochocki (partner of the law firm, co-managing the company and transaction law team). Mateusz Karliński and Jakub Marmurowicz, trainees attorney-at-law, participated in the work on the implementation of the transaction.

The scope of the law firm’s advisory services included, in particular, support with the buyer’s due diligence of the company, definition of the transaction framework, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and closing of the transaction.

A team of business advisers from FSG Biznes, led by Krzysztof Trzebuniak (president of the management board) with the support of Magdalena Budna (deputy director of the analysis department) and Jakub Gwizdała (analyst), also participated in the project.

The buyer Saur Polska was represented by lawyers from Hogan Lovells law firm.
