Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy | FSG Prawo advised a group of private investors on the acquisition, alongside the festival’s founders, of a company owning the land on which an electronic music and arts festival takes place.
Held in a natural setting in western Poland, the festival brings together guests, artists and crew from around the world, combining music, artistic expression and a strong connection with nature.
The transactional aspects of the project were handled by Managing Partner Michał Sobczyński and Ewa Śmigielska, both advocates. Real estate advice was provided by Partner Piotr Pawłowski and Bartosz Czupryniak, both attorneys-at-law.
The transaction was preceded by comprehensive legal due diligence covering the company and real estate matters. This enabled the team to identify risks material to the investors and structure the transaction to reflect the specific characteristics of the business.
