We are pleased to announce the successful closing of another transactional advisory project. Our lawyers provided full legal support to Kompostpal Poland sp. z o.o., a producer of mushroom substrate, in the sale of its business to CNC Grondstoffen, the Dutch market leader in this sector. The transaction was handled by our Corporate/M&A team led by Managing Partner Michał Sobczyński, with support from the Real Estate & Construction team headed by Partner Piotr Pawłowski.
This strategically important deal for our client, completed on 1 September 2025, marked the launch of a new brand – CNC Substrat Polska, which will soon expand with the addition of another facility, Holpol Compost.
The project was carried out by Michał Sobczyński and Piotr Pawłowski, supported by Orest Ochocki and Katarzyna Gohling. Our comprehensive legal advisory covered, among others, legal due diligence of the company and its affiliates, structuring of the transaction, as well as preparation and negotiation of the contractual documentation.
