The team at Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy | FSG Prawo, led by advocate Michał Sobczyński, advised Dalpo Poland sp. z o.o. – the parent company of Dalpo Group UK Ltd – on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Premier Limpet Ltd, the UK’s largest independent manufacturer of adhesive tapes.
The seller was AIM-listed Amcomri Group plc, which announced completion of the transaction on 1 July 2026. The acquisition marks an important step in Dalpo’s growth strategy and its entry into the UK market, strengthening the group’s position in the European adhesive tape manufacturing sector.
The firm’s advice included comprehensive legal support for the buyer at all key stages of the transaction process. The project involved lawyers from the Corporate and Transactions team, led by advocate Michał Sobczyński, while real estate matters were handled by the Real Estate and Construction Investment team, headed by attorney-at-law Piotr Pawłowski.

The project was international in nature and was carried out in cooperation with advisers from Poland and the United Kingdom. Experts from FSG Biznes were also involved, providing financial and transactional support, alongside UK law firm Gunnercooke LLP, which acted as local legal adviser and project coordinator on the UK side.
