Szymon Woźniak, rider of Stal Gorzów Wielkopolski, took third place in the FIM GP Challenge held in Gislaved, Sweden, and secured promotion to the 2024 Speedway Grand Prix.

“On behalf of the whole team, we offer our congratulations and keep our fingers crossed for his next starts, including the FIM Speedway Grand Prix 2024,” – says attorney Michał Sobczyński, the Firm’s managing partner. “It is our pleasure to support Polish athletes and we rejoice when they achieve success,” he adds.

Polish speedway rider Szymon Woźniak, has several notable successes to his credit, including the 2014 Polish Youth Individual Champion title and the 2017 Polish Individual Champion title. He is also a 2020 Speedway of Nations silver medallist.

The FIM GP Challenge event was won by Jason Doyle. In second place was Martin Vaculik and in third place was Szymon Woźniak. All three riders will compete in the Speedway Grand Prix series in 2024.

The Speedway Grand Prix is an annual series of tournaments, organised by the International Motorcycle Federation (FIM) since 1995, to determine the individual world champion. Any speedway rider in the world can enter the Speedway Grand Prix series. This is because, in the year preceding a given Speedway Grand Prix, there are two stages of qualifying with the final – a tournament called the Grand Prix Challenge – at the top. From the GP Challenge, the best three riders qualify for the Speedway Grand Prix series.
