The Firm’s team provided comprehensive legal services for the sale of real estate in Piotrków Trybunalski with a total area of more than 284,000.00 m2. The attractiveness of the property is most clearly evidenced by its designation in the local zoning plan in its entirety for services, manufacturing, warehouses and depots, as well as its close proximity to an already operating logistics center and infrastructure, including the S8 expressway. The property was purchased by REINO IO GP2 limited liability company Propco 2 limited partnership – a dedicated company established by the listed real estate holding REINO Capital and IO Asset Management, a company specializing in industrial property management, with the participation of the Grosvenor Group – one of the largest private investors in the global real estate market. During the preparation and finalization of the transaction, the selling party was advised by our law firm’s team of attorney Michał Sobczyński and attorney Łukasz Jankowski. Our lawyers participated in both the preparation of the transaction documentation and the negotiation of the preliminary and final sale agreement.
