The Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy (FSG Prawo) Law Firm The law firm Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy (FSG Prawo) has provided comprehensive legal services for a transaction involving WRI sp. z o.o., a company running the chain of Hipper.pl DIY stores, which related to the entry in the company of a new investor, Robert Krawiec.

Legal services provided by Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy (FSG Prawo) for the purposes of the transaction included in particular:

  • carrying out legal due diligence of the company;
  • preparing a general legal framework for the entire project with a special calculation of risk and potential risks, including identification of legal risks;
  • preparing transaction documentation and conducting the process of the investor’s entry into the company.

Hipper.pl currently consists of nine DIY stores with all necessary home and garden accessories (e.g. construction, renovation and gardening materials, home decorations, etc.).

Robert Krawiec is the new investor of the company – one of the founders of, inter alia, Lukas Bank (now Credit Agricole) and TopCard.

WRI will allocate funds acquired as a result of the transaction to the development of the Hipper.pl DIY store chain. The company plans to open more Dom & Ogród DIY stores throughout Poland. The investment contract signed will significantly accelerate development of the Polish brand, which is planned for many years to come – added Klaudiusz Winkiel in an article published on the dlahandlu.pl portal.

The transaction was carried out on behalf of the owners of WRI by attorney Michał Sobczyński (Managing Partner of the Law Firm) and attorney-at-law Orest Ochocki.
