We advised the minority shareholders of Rotometal – Joachim Setnik and Barbara Setnik – in the sale of the company, held in the portfolio of the US investment fund Highlander Partners.
The transaction, valued at PLN 65 million, was conducted in the form of a management buyout, led by Grzegorz Dolbniak, Rotometal’s current president.
