,,Procedures proposed for action in case of violation of teachers’ rights and freedoms” is a document which was created in response to the great interest in the topic of the participants of the Expert Forum ,,Hejt! How to teach empathy in times of hatred”.
It is a set of legal advice, referring to civil law and criminal law. The rules of conduct contained in the procedures can be used by teachers who become victims of cyber-violence or subjects of violations on the part of parents or students. The material was prepared by the Kulczyk Foundation and the law firm Sobczyńscy Adwokaci.
