On 1 January 2021, the group of the Law Firm’s partners was joined by advocate Michalina Jusik and attorney-at-law Piotr Pawłowski. The Law Firm at the same time changed its name and since the new year, it has been operating as Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni, with a new website and a new visual identification.

“The promotions of Michalina and Piotr are an expression of the ongoing development and strengthening of the Law Firm’s market position. Last year, just like all market participants and Clients, we had to face many business and operational challenges related to the effective running of business activities at the time of the pandemic, while maintaining complexity and the highest quality of services”, says advocate Michał Sobczyński, Managing Partner at Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy.

Advocate Michalina Jusik specializes in representing clients in commercial and economic disputes. She supports companies at every stage of proceedings, suggesting optimal methods of resolving conflicts. She also represents clients before courts and in out-of-court negotiations. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as a member of the Wielkopolska Bar Association in Poznań. She is now pursuing doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

Attorney-at-law Piotr Pawłowski specializes in real estate law, with particular emphasis on construction law – building work contracts, as well as administrative and legal aspects of the investment process. He handles developer investments. He gives trainings on issues related to construction law, including for officials working in bodies of the architectural and construction administration and construction supervision authorities, as well as for developers. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a member of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznań.
