On January 1, 2023, attorney Katarzyna Gohling, attorney Łukasz Jankowski and attorney-at-law Orest Ochocki joined the ranks of partners at Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy | FSG Prawo – congratulations!

Attorney Katarzyna Gohling heads the labor and HR law team. She advises employers, as well as individual clients. She has been with the firm since March 2011. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, as well as from international relations with a specialization in Eastern Studies at the Faculty of History of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She is a member of the District Bar Council in Poznań.
Attorney Łukasz Jankowski, heads the commercial contracts and environment team. As part of his practice, he advises on optimizing legal solutions, regarding commercial contracts and handling construction processes. He also supports entities that deal with waste management. He has been with the firm since June 2018. He is a member of the District Bar Council in Poznań and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University.
Attorney-at-law Orest Ochocki co-heads the corporate and transactional law team together with Michał Sobczynski. He has been with the firm since October 2016. His specialties include civil and business law, in particular corporate law – transformations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate consulting in the broadest sense, as well as restructuring and bankruptcy, and commercial and business disputes. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University and a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Poznań.
