We start the new year with the completion of the process of acquisition of an organised part of the enterprise – the AVACO natural aggregate mine – by Hagric Wozniecki from Szczeglino. Sobczyńscy i Partnerzy Law Firm / FSG Law participated in negotiating the terms and conditions of the acquisition of the AVACO mining plant constituting OPE. We also prepared the preliminary agreement and participated in the finalisation of the transaction, including the fulfilment of its various conditions. The transaction, due to the complex legal nature of the properties comprising the OPE and the formalities relating to mining activities, required a comprehensive approach and extensive legal analysis.
