Attorney Aleksandra Sobczyńska, managing partner, heading the litigation team, will take part in a panel discussion during the meeting “Challenges of Women Lawyers. Women Lawyers Have Power,” organized by the District Chamber of Attorenys-at-Law in Poznań, the Greater Poland’s Bar Chamber and the Women in Law Foundation, to be held on May 24, 2023.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the situation of women in the legal industry. The agenda for the event includes:
- discussion of the report “The Situation of Women in the Legal Services Industry”, which will be presented by Kamila Kurkowska, President of the Women in Law Foundation;
- a panel discussion “The Situation of Women Lawyers Today and Tomorrow – What Can We Do to Support the Functioning and Development of Women in the Industry for the Benefit of All Parties”, which will be attended by attorney Aleksandra Sobczyńska, as well as attorney Eliza Iwaniszyn, attorney Anna Wilińska Zelek, attorney Marta Wojciechowska, Kamila Kurkowska and attorney Maciej Szczepański.
- the presentation “Women’s Secret Potential – what the mythical Temida inspires us to do”, which will be hosted by Izabela Janowska.
