CV analysis
We analyse applications in terms of the substantive, competence requirements contained in the cooperation offer.
Interview
The interview is conducted by the head of specialisation and a partner of the law firm. You can also be invited to the meeting online.
Cooperation offer
We make an offer of cooperation to those positively assessed.

We have 3 recruitment stages. After analysing the application documents, we invite selected candidates for interviews. Those who are positively evaluated are offered cooperation.
We do our best to make the recruitment process smooth and to give the candidate quick feedback. We usually get in touch within a few days after the meeting.
Candidates are not given tests or case studies to solve. We respect the candidates’ time and therefore limit the recruitment process to an interview, which allows us to get to know the candidate, his/her expectations and work experience better.
