Paweł Pałasz

Specializes in transaction law, with particular emphasis on investment transactions in Private Equity and Venture Capital, including those involving public funds.

He gained professional experience in his own law firm serving entrepreneurs, then worked for several years for a group of companies with foreign capital, and finally spent several years as general counsel in a Venture Capital investment fund with public funds involvement.

He graduated in law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed the legal advisor training program. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Olsztyn.
