In June this year, Sobczyńscy Adwokaci (FSG Prawo) Law Firm advised a private investor in the preparation and finalization of the sale of their logistic park – Logistic City in Piotrków Trybunalski. This week, an article about this has been published on rynekprawniczy.pl portal – initiated by Linklaters law firm which represented the other party to the transaction.
It is worth highlighting that the center encompasses a few warehouse halls of ca. 135 000 sq.m. The investment plan for the extension of the center provides for constructing warehouses of 300 000 sq m on the adjacent land plots.
The facilities have been bought by Polish Logistics LLP – a new investment platform set up by stock exchange listed real-estate holding REINO Capital and IO Asset Management, a firm specializing in managing industrial properties in liaison with Grosvenor Group – one of the largest private investors in the global real estate market, with assets under its management worth over GBP 11,9bn.
